Meet Janel Coffing

Janel Coffing APRN

Janel Coffing, Nurse Practitioner, joined our practice in March 2025. Originally from Springfield, Virginia, she has over 25 years of nursing. Janel brings proficient nursing expertise in primary and urgent care settings.

Janel and her husband enjoy beach living, traveling and spending time with her four adult daughters and grandpups. As a believer of giving back, Janel and her husband are volunteers with Corner of Love, a medical mission organization that provides medical care to Nicaraguan refugees in Costa Rica. She is grateful to be working alongside Dr. Domingues and eager to be your patient advocate at the Allergy Asthma Arthritis Center.
